Training & development 

In line with your role above, in this internship program you will get a personalized coaching, mentoring, and guidance as well as continuous development to improve your skills and knowledge in the telecommunication industry, especially in the digital telecommunications, digital businesses, and infrastructure industry. (source:axiata.com)

Compensation & benefits

Based on another source, the participants of AIP may earn MYR 11,000 to  MYR 12,000 annually. (source:glassdoor.com) 

Career progression

Upon successful completion of AIP, interns will not gain any permanent placement within the Axiata Group of Companies. However, they could apply for Axiata Graduate Programme (AGP) to become management trainees which offer permanent placement upon completion. (source:axiata.com)

In addition, after the completion of the internship, top performers will be given the opportunity to participate in the University Leadership Development Programme (ULDP). 

Work-life balance

In this position, you will be working regular hours, from Monday to Friday, at the head office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Therefore, it shouldn't be there any issue with work-life balance. (source:axiata.com)

• Malaysian Citizens
• Undergraduates in the age group of 19 to 25
• Studying locally or abroad in all fields of study
