Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Ensure glove quality and meet production targets.
- Provide technical knowledge to production crews.
- Study machinery design and engage in re-engineering projects.
- Assist in data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Improve process consistency through engineering.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by superiors.
About you
Candidates should possess:
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
- Strong results orientation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to interact at all levels.
