Your role

As a Research & Development (Pilot Plant) Intern at Top Glove, you'll do the work below:

• To take care of glove quality and to make sure that glove output target is achieved.
• To provide technical knowledge like engineering to production crews.
• To study machineries design and do some re-engineering projects.
• To assist the Executive (Production/Manufacturing) in data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• To improve the consistency of process parameters through engineering.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.

Work-life balance

The working hours may depend on your job level, but generally, the office hours at Top Glove start from 08.30 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday.

About you
