Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct small-scale compound studies and hand-dip samples for R&D.
- Perform lab tests, including tensile strength tests, for R&D and line monitoring.
- Select lines for hand-dipping and coordinate assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness of R&D equipment and tanks.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and evaluate new chemicals or latex.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree or diploma in a related field from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
- Strong results orientation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to interact with all levels of people.
