Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Identify potential markets and customers.
- Support and service new and existing customers.
- Market and promote products and services.
- Monitor and track sales processes for efficient closing and documentation.
- Update order details and communicate with the operations team.
- Review and update customer requests and planning status.
- Assist with service requests, customer complaints, and ISO documentation.
- Perform necessary SAP transactions for sales.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field or be currently pursuing one.
- A minimum CGPA of 3.00 or second class upper.
- Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written.
- Results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant personality and the ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
