Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Work closely with a mentor to understand market demand and conduct research.
• Compile competitor analytics to support business risks and opportunities.
• Engage in 3C Analysis (Consumer, Competitors & Company).
• Handle domestic and international sales development.
• Build relationships with local and international customers.
• Participate in marketing promotions and e-commerce activities.
• Manage sales processes and customer service for new and existing clients.
• Aggressively market and promote products and services.
• Monitor and track sales processes for efficient closing and documentation.
• Take on additional responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

About you

Candidates should possess:

• A degree or diploma in related fields from reputable universities.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• A pleasant personality with the ability to interact with all levels of people.
