Your role

As a Manufacturing (Production) Intern at Top Glove, you will be accountable for the following tasks & responsibilities:

• To understand the glove manufacturing process. 
• To conduct a case study related to the glove manufacturing process. 
• To assist in improvement projects and operational issues related to the glove manufacturing process. 
• To conduct data analysis or time study for processes that required monitoring. 
• To assist in gathering & summarizing required data and information from factories. 
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

Training & development

In general, Top Glove's employees receive on-the-job coaching and training and are engaged in professional classroom development. This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.

Work-life balance

The working hours may depend on your job level, but generally, the office hours at Top Glove start from 08.30 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday.

About you

• Bachelor of Degree in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or any relevant background. 
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written). 
• Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills. 
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
