Your role

The Top Glove Management Associate Programme (TGMAP) is a 3-year program designed to develop ambitious and exceptional young talents into Top Glove’s future leaders. Throughout your journey with the company, you will learn and understand the core aspects of the business, work closely with different teams and leaders, receive guidance from the company's top leaders and develop a myriad of skills that will open doors to endless possibilities.

As a Management Associate Human Resources (Reward and Performance) at Top Glove, you will experience the various functions of workforce management to drive people strategies. Also, to cultivate and reinforce the culture and values of the organization.  

Divisions: Talent Development, Hostel Management, Rewards and Performance, Recruitment, Social Compliance, Industrial Relations, HR Business Partner.

During the 3-year program, the Management Associate shall: 

• Perform daily tasks in various functions to gain practical business experience and exposure. 
• Work alongside senior leaders to develop and implement actions that protect organization assets and profitability. 
• Undertake strategic corporate projects assigned by management. 
• Initiate and drive change to advance the growth of the organization. 
• Identify trends and recommend proactive actions to manage business situations. 
• Assist in leading and promoting the culture and business values of the organization. 
• Undergo a comprehensive on-the-job training program under the direction of experienced senior management. 
• Travel to different factories and participate in daily operations as and when required. 
• Achieve a passing score by gaining the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position at the end of the Programme.

Compensation & benefits

Based on the data we gained from another career website, a management associate at Top Glove gets a salary that ranges from MYR 36,000 to MYR 60,000 per year. Work-life balance

The working hours may depend on your job level, but generally, the office hours at Top Glove start from 08.30 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday.

About you

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and other equivalent fields from reputable universities. 
• Fresh graduates / less than 2 years of working experience
• Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or equivalent
• At least 2 significant leadership roles (experience in leading a project/student society/club in the university/at the workplace (with proven certificates))
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
