Your role

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• To work closely with Mentor to understand and identify market demand and conduct market research.
• To assist in compiling competitor analytics to support business risks and opportunities.
• Be exposed to 3C Analysis (Consumer, Competitors & Company).
• Opportunity to handle domestic and international sales development.
• Exposure to learning to build good relationships and rapport with local and international customers.
• Be involved in marketing promotion such as product feature demonstration guide, product brochure, and standard correspondence).
• Be involved in E-commerce and updating of marketing website.
• Handle domestic and overseas sales, and customer service for both existing and new customers, building good relationships and rapport with them.
• Market and promote products and services aggressively.
• Monitor & track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
•  Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Training, development & rotations

Top Glove's employees receive on-the-job coaching and training and are engaged in professional classroom development. This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning. 

The duration of this industrial training (internship) varies between a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.

Career progression

At the end of this management associate program, you will achieve a passing score by gaining the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position. 

Work-life balance

The working hours may depend on your job level, but generally, the office hours at Top Glove start from 08.30 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday.
