Job Responsibilities
- To handle general administration duties (attend phone calls, set up a meeting room, conduct assembly, labeling).
- To handle office cleanliness.
- Involved in admin jobs such as filing documents, key-in data using computer database and spreadsheet software, compiling and summarizing report and etc.
- Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
- To send & collect documents from HQ to factory Admin.
- To do production, packing, cleanliness & CCTV spot check at the factory.
- To assist in coordinating all activities organized by Admin Department (gotong royong, staff welfare events, Birthday Lunch, etc.).
- Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
- The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
- Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
- Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
