Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Plan work schedules for the Electrical team.
- Coordinate projects with Maintenance, Production, Compounding, and Chlorination departments.
- Prepare P&ID diagrams and order materials for electrical components.
- Develop SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Troubleshoot and report on electrical equipment breakdowns.
- Calculate and optimize electrical consumption.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by superiors.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; in-house training is provided.
- Proficiency in English and Malay.
- Strong results orientation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams, power supply, and control systems.
