Your role

As an HR Compliance Executive at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor social management systems at factories.
• Plan, develop, and conduct internal audits to identify the gaps in social compliance.
• Prepare internal audit reports and coordinate with factories for corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify the latest information on legal requirements (labor practice) and social compliance code of conduct.
• Handling of external social audits as lead auditee, coordinating safety, environmental, and HR aspects.
• Conduct social compliance training for employees and business partners.
• Conduct business partners (suppliers) social audits at selected suppliers’ plant
• Main document controller of all social compliance audit records and procedures.
• Analyze all audit results implement all necessary actions to resolve all compliance issues and interpret all complex regulations to ensure adherence to the same in an organization.
• Internal and external communication about social compliance initiatives and allegations.
• Coordinate with marketers, customers, factories, and audit companies to schedule social audits.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
