Your role
In this role, you will have the responsibilities below:
- Assist on interco charge for lecy, salary, rental, etc.
- Post and check GRIR.
- Follow up on an outstanding invoice.
- Help to analyze management reports.
- Month-end payroll process.
- Checking on worker attendance.
- Analyse workers' OT to ensure compliance with.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
- The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
About you
To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:
- Degree/Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
- Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
- Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
