Your role
As a Finance Intern at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Assist on interco charge for lecy, salary, rental, etc.
- Post and check GRIR.
- Follow up on the outstanding invoice.
- Help to analyze management reports.
- Month-end payroll process.
- Checking on worker attendance.
- Analyze workers' OT to ensure compliance with.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
- The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
Training & development
In general, Top Glove's employees receive on-the-job coaching and training and are engaged in professional classroom development. This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.

Work-life balance
