Engineering (PMO) Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Job responsibilities

• Project management, such as project planning, scheduling, process monitoring, and meeting target deadlines, cost, quality, and delivery management.
• On-site supervision, such as installation, testing, and commissioning. 
• Documentation, such as correspondence with customers and suppliers, procurement, SOP, TPM, etc.
• Liaises with end-user, and contractor to verify design process flow and project progress is consistent with project specification and standards.
• Prepare the periodic with other project divisions to ensure smooth handling of projects.
• To give training to end users/clients about hardware and systems.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic/ Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, Resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proficient in MS Office software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
