Engineering Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan, implement, and monitor project work schedules according to the master plan.
• Drive progress and resolve daily site-related issues to meet deadlines.
• Check construction drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate on new factory, production lines, and equipment design with the engineering team.
• Participate in civil works such as drainage, irrigation, and road construction.
• Conduct inspections and checks on works by external contractors and in-house teams.
• Utilize CAD modeling skills like AutoCAD and Solidworks.
• Ensure all operations are carried out safely.
• Complete a departmental project and participate in a CSR program.
• Present final project and CSR program at the end of the internship.
• Take on additional responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

About You

Candidates should have:

• A degree in related courses from reputable universities.
• Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Strong results orientation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• A pleasant personality with the ability to interact with all levels of people.
