Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Plan, implement, and monitor project schedules according to master plans.
- Drive progress and resolve site issues to meet deadlines.
- Check construction drawings for accuracy.
- Collaborate on new factory and equipment design with teams.
- Engage in civil works like drainage and road construction.
- Conduct inspections of work by contractors and in-house teams.
- Utilize CAD skills such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Ensure safe operations.
- Complete a departmental project.
- Participate in or organize a CSR program.
- Present on projects and CSR activities at internship's end.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in related fields from reputable universities.
- Proficiency in English and Malay.
- Strong results orientation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to interact at all levels.
