Your role

As a Compounding Researcher at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Research for new product development based on customer requests.
• Troubleshoot production online problems with lab tests for products to maintain good quality.
• Carry out improvement and enhancement projects to save cost with top-quality produced gloves.
• Ensure all gloves are produced within standard requirements.
• Continuous monitoring of shelf life study and food grade glove study.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
