Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Plan daily compounding based on product type.
- Update latex consumption daily and monthly.
- Plan chemical compounding for each product type.
- Ensure compounded latex meets standard requirements for dipping lines.
- Take on additional responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Follow work process procedures and instructions.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree or diploma in related fields from reputable universities.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
- Strong results orientation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to interact with all levels of people.
