Your role
As an Intern at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:
- To do compounding planning daily according to product type.
- To update on latex consumption based on a daily and monthly basis.
- To plan for compounding chemical planning for each product type.
- To ensure compounded latex supply to dipping lines within the standard requirements.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
- The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
Training & development

This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.
