Your role

As a Property Management Intern at Sunway, you will do the tasks below:

• To provide good customer service to meet tenants' expectations with regard to complaints.
• Regular liaison with service contractors to ensure that all service provided is in accordance with the agreed service level
• To ensure that the physical built environment is in a good state of repairs.
• Ensure that the building services of the building are in good working condition.
• Liaise with the Local Authority and utility companies to ensure all services and issues are resolved expeditiously.
• To assist in the preparation of monthly Property Management reports and sustainability reports
• To assist the facility management team during the annual building audit 
• To assist in carrying out annual customer satisfaction surveys and feedback to tenants
• Other additional tasks required to carry out by the management
• To do billings, and update on daily requests from tenants.
