Your role

  • Assist in all relevant documentation in the department
  • Assist in preparing, monitoring, and award of quotations and tenders
  • Assist in managing and finalizing all contract works
  • Assist to source, negotiating, and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers, and vendors
  • Participate in site visits and meetings when necessary.
