As part of the HR Intern, you will be exposed to
- Full Spectrum of Recruitment Process, from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing until extending the offer to successful candidate.
- Support Employee Engagement activities. We want your creative ideas.
- Learning & Development: get an opportunity to gain exposure in the L&D
- HR processes & HRIS: coordination, collection of information, using your creativity to create educational fun video to create awareness, updating of employee information.
- Get first hand insight in onboarding and offboarding.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements:
- No work experience is required.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Fast learner & keen on learning new things.
- Curious mind.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology.
- Internship position(s) for duration above 3 month(s).
