About the Role:
Sunway Group's Human Resources department is seeking a dedicated and motivated intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in various HR functions including compensation & benefits, and employee wellness. The intern will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop valuable skills in the HR field.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Assist in conducting benchmarking research to ensure Sunway Group's compensation and benefits remain competitive in the market when necessary.
- Assist in any ad-hoc project from time to time.
Employee Wellness:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives aimed at promoting work-life balance and employee well-being.
- Assist in organizing wellness events, workshops, and activities to foster a healthy and supportive work environment when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, with a willingness to learn more.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
