Technical Product Management - New Verticals

About the team

Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.

Job descriptions

• Work closely with the Product Managers, Software Developers, and Customer Experience team to understand the features and implementation, ensuring the quality of every owned feature in each app release
• Work with Business Product Teams and assist to develop and execute test cases based on the business requirements
• Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the UAT Project Lead
• Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect management for the required sign-offs
• Perform duties such as handling production issues, i.e standby during the campaign period, raising JIRA tickets, discussing solutions with the development team and update time to the relevant team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a software tester / QA engineer / UAT tester
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in both English and Malay, both written and verbal, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus to communicate with various stakeholders
• Able to work independently or with minimal assistance
• Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
