SPX Xpress Asset Management Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Monitoring and follow-up on the receipt of all documentation required to be completed
• Ensuring that all contracts, service agreements, licensing, and other related documentation are organized and maintained.

About you

To apply for this role at Shopee Malaysia, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Familiar with administrative duties
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• A diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent is required.
• Office located at Pulau Indah, Klang
• Has their own transport to commute to Pulau Indah, Klang
