SPX Express - Operations Excellence Intern (First Mile) (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities within First Mile Operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to design and manage initiatives across all First Mile Hubs in Malaysia.
• Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and tools to monitor and track operational performance.
• Prepare proposals and reports for senior management presentations.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to derive insights.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Python skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with the first mile process is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to hubs within Malaysia for on-site analysis and support is an advantage.
