SPX Express Fleet Management Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist in validating and processing submitted misconduct from various ops departments
• Verify and ensure ID suspension/termination post-disciplinary process  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure closure of the end-to-end disciplinary process
• Analyze data to gather insights and identify trends to assist in developing corrective action plans for matters relating to outsourced personnel disciplinary process
• Generation of daily push notifications to all completed disciplinary action
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

About you

To apply for this role at Shopee Malaysia, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, computer science, or other related fields.
• Able to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a positive attitude.
• Good workload prioritization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
