Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Identify and address merchant issues to improve performance.
• Ensure targets and KPIs are met on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Manage various merchant situations effectively.
• Understand internal business processes.
• Communicate new directions, promotions, and events to merchants through various channels.
• Undertake project work and initiatives based on business needs.
• Ensure proper management of assets and stocks, including scheduled stock-taking and recording.

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with analytical skills and knowledge of statistical formulas.
