About the team
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job description
- Identify and take action based on the merchants’ issues
- Improving the merchants’ performance in various operational issues
- Ensuring that the target and KPI is met based on daily, weekly, or monthly target
- Handling different types of merchants in various situations
- Understand the different business processes within the Internal Department
- Providing clear communication with the merchants for any new directions, promotions, and events through multiple channels
- Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs
- Ensuring assets and stocks are taken care of - scheduled stock-taking and assets recording

- Highly skeptical and good logical thinking, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
