Your role:

• To assist the teams' day-to-day operations in logistics handling of the offline initiatives for both Seller Engagement and Seller Education sub-teams, tracking event attendance and results which will feed into the KPI.
• To support Seller Education initiatives by assisting in project managing initiatives from end to end, from communications to supporting team to build up MCQs, mock training, grading assessment, ad awarding Shopee Xperts for the upcoming batch.
• To support the Seller Engagement initiative by performing data analysis, slide preparation, communication, and stakeholder management between ShopeeUni FB group, Bintangs, and sellers in general.
• The intern will also have an opportunity to copywriting for various project programs, working closely with the PICs and design teams to brainstorm ideas, consult, and develop messaging from the lens of sellers.
• Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand and respect the I've department's, products/services, and business development goals.

About you:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major field
• Good project management skills or experience
• Good stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months
