About the team

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The Business Development and Partnership teams aim to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job description

• Review and sanitize extracted data to ensure it is free from errors, inconsistencies, and irrelevant information
• Analyze the sanitized data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues
• Classify data anomalies, discrepancies, and irregularities according to predefined criteria
• Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing the results of data analysis and issue classification
• Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and assist in decision-making processes
• Understand the key drivers of seller satisfaction, identify opportunities, and determine strategies to improve overall service

About you

• Working experience in data extraction, data analysis, or quality assurance would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel formulas, such as VLOOKUP and INDEX MATCH
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed
• A strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations is advantageous
