About the team

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are characterized by their dynamism and energy. These teams are constantly on the lookout for business opportunities that will propel Shopee to the forefront as the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The objective of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to ensure that Shopee’s buyers have access to a broad range of product listings at the most competitive prices. Job description

• As part of the Project Management Office for BD Categories, you will enable the rolling out of various performance-enhancing initiatives across all categories in Shopee MY 
• Become the PIC for platform-wide initiatives ranging from Campaigns to Seller Programs
• Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
• Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and expectations
• Create and improve various internal standard operating procedures across BD Categories
• Collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive business insights
• Develop data-backed business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies
• Formulate and facilitate project missions, goals, and resource management
