Operations, MY Marketplace - Logistics Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Conduct in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for optimizing logistics setups and negotiating with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, highlighting key business indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dispute, Payment, Finance, and Fraud, to address logistics-related inquiries.
• Assist in managing daily logistics tasks to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain organized documentation for claims, including files, correspondence, and reports.
• Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports for the Head of Operations.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Availability for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
