Your role

As Network and Expansion Planning - SPX Xpress, you will join the Operation teams at Shopee that covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. Here are the detailed tasks you will do:

• Establish SOP and logic to identify the correct hubs
• Maintain and update address tools to ensure all addresses are reflected in the correct zone
• Work with the ground ops team for re-bordering of zones, resolve Hub-to-Hub issues
• Manage BPOs / Contract staff and quality check the work done by the team
• Engage in special projects when needed with leg owners
• Work with the product team on address tool enhancements - including providing use case and conducting UAT
• Work with internal teams to incorporate new processes when needed, including updating SOP and training team members

About you

If you are interested in joining Shopee Malaysia for this position, you have to meet the following qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any equivalent field
• Preferably familiar with the last mile delivery process with the challenges in delivering parcels to the end customers efficiently and on time
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides (able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations)
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data to optimize logistics processes
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details, and adaptable to changes
