Marketplace Operations Logistics Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Drive ongoing deep dives and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current setup or highlight key areas to negotiate with 3PLs.
• Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, providing relevant and timely information to highlight key indicators affecting business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dispute, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries.
• Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to claims, including claim files, correspondence, and reports.
• Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.

About you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Able to commit a minimum of a full-time internship period for 3 months.
