Marketplace Listing Coordinator (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage task assignments, and monitor KPIs, and QA scores for part-time agents.
• Schedule and monitor attendance for part-time agents.
• Undertake project work and initiatives based on business needs.
• Execute urgent listing takedowns and identify gaps in listing-related issues.
• Monitor the platform to ensure quality and legitimacy, focusing on prohibited listings.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants are welcomed to apply.
• Proactive, resourceful, and result-oriented qualities, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with additional language skills in Mandarin being a plus.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
