Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Curate Mall content and perform quality checks on brand and marketplace listings.
- Categorize listings accurately based on product categories.
- Review offline files to ensure alignment with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Understand and apply marketplace policies for content curation.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Business Development teams to address listing inquiries.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Fresh graduate status or 1-2 years of experience in Content Moderation.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with Mandarin as a preferred language.
- Excellent comprehension and logical thinking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
