Your role

About the team

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job description

• Building and nurturing a strong relationship with sellers.
• Examining sellers' progress, activities, sales performances, and category initiatives to increase the number of transactions and revenue.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams (such as marketing and merchandising) to enhance the visibility and trustworthiness of sellers.

About you

• Currently in the final year of university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Possess strong business acumen, critical-thinking abilities, and the capacity to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Preference is given to full-time interns (minimum 3 months)
• Have a strong passion for E-commerce
• Have a strong interest in working in E-commerce after graduation
