[Garena] Product Operations & QA - Contractor (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain daily gaming product operations, including configuration, quality assurance, live monitoring, and handling issues.
• Coordinate configuration and QA tasks across various offices.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to resolve product-related issues.
• Execute content localization from English to Bahasa Melayu and conduct Localization QA.
• Plan and execute campaigns to engage players and enhance activity.
• Support investigations into product health and local user behavior through research.

About you

Qualifications

• Experience in QA or live operations in a tech company; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Passion for games and knowledge of the Malaysian gaming industry.
• Native Bahasa Melayu speaker with proficient English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
