Your role

As a Fleet Management Intern - SPX Xpress, you have to do the following tasks:

• Review, identify gaps, and propose areas of improvement for manpower resources within Shopee Express
• Facilitate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
• Conduct competitor monitoring and research to better understand the competitor landscape
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects and ops support

Training & development

An intern at Shopee Malaysia shared her training and development experience during the program. On the first day, the interns will receive a welcome gift bag with stationery and a Shopee notebook, along with the laptop. Next, you will get the onboarding briefing to know the company's core values, culture, and environment. Then, you will be supervised by a mentor to do the projects and assignments. • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with stakeholders
• Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred,
• Able to work in Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur
