Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and claims for approval.
- Prepare payments with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Achieve KPIs related to invoice processing and payables activities.
- Update weekly cost trackers and prepare month-end reports.
- Issue invoices, debit, and credit notes accurately and on time.
- Match receipts from debtors to invoices promptly.
- Resolve invoice and receipt issues with stakeholders.
- Maintain the billing system and perform monthly accounts receivable closing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
- Identify and develop process improvement plans.
- Participate in new processes and developments.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as management requests.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- A good understanding of P2P processes and controls.
- The ability to work independently with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in shared services is an advantage.
