Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with sellers.
- Support sellers in activating their stores and uploading product assortments.
- Introduce and promote new programs or campaigns to newly onboarded sellers.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A welcoming attitude towards fresh graduates.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or incubation is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a contract role and travel extensively within the Klang Valley area.
