Your role

As an External Relations Executive - Listing & Content at Shopee, you will do the work below:

• Address inquiries and requests from the internal teams related to policies and prohibited listings (E.g. Legal/ Government Relations)
• Revise and amend the materials and publications of the Shopee Policy, SOP, and SEH Article. 
• Conduct market research on Government acts and policies to identify stakeholders’ needs and market gaps. 
• Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs
• Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshoot listing-related issues
• Monitoring the platform to ensure the quality and the legitimacy of the listings, particularly in relation to tackling Prohibited Listings on the platform.

About you

To join as an External Relations Executive - Listing & Content at Shopee Malaysia, you should meet the following requirements:

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Proactive, resourceful, result-oriented, and capable to work tentatively as an individual or even a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay, in both verbal and written forms (fluency in additional local languages such as Mandarin would be a plus).
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in SQL are a plus
