Your role

About the team

The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team holds a pivotal position in executing data-driven business iterations in a closed-loop manner. As specialists in business intelligence and data analysis, their responsibilities extend beyond merely monitoring performance and generating reports; they actively seek actionable insights to instigate significant business transformations. Their comprehensive data solution bridges the divide between business and technical teams, actualizing genuine ‘intelligence’ within the iteration cycle. Opportunities within the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team are available for exploration, offering a platform to make a substantial impact.

About the role

In this role, you will do the work below:

• Independently manage one or more portfolios within the team's responsibility for Platform Growth, Revenue Management, or Cost Planning.
• Conduct analyses or simulations to provide financial insights that aid in business decision-making and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget.
• Own, lead, and drive platform-wide initiatives in collaboration with different business units, taking responsibility for end-to-end performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain clear reporting on various pockets across the company's Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for different programs or P&L components.
• Develop new data analytic frameworks/tools that contribute to achieving business goals.

• Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) is highly preferred; otherwise, experience with other programming languages.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, though working experience in data analysis-related work is a plus
