Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support the QA team by evaluating moderators' actions for quality assurance.
• Provide feedback, escalate challenges, and report weekly on moderation quality.
• Track quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze policy updates to identify improvement areas and potential gaps.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance quality and achieve results.
• Participate in weekly calibration sessions with stakeholders for policy alignment.
• Contribute to developing quality inspection standards and optimizing processes.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects as requested by leadership.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Quality Management.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with leadership experience.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation review.
• Can multitask effectively and is a strong team player.
• Is available for a full-time internship of at least three months.
