About the team
Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.
Job descriptions
- Provide excellent services to support merchants and riders' onboarding
- Provide customer support to solve any issues faced by merchants and riders
- Can initiate process improvements and strategies for planning
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for merchants and riders
- Build, and update systems and processes to support merchants and riders
- Work closely with a team of Onboarding Specialists to create a seamless flow of work
Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor's degree is required
- Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking systematically and accurately
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Melayu and English (both written and verbal) to communicate with various stakeholders
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Has passion in the e-commerce and F&B (Food and Beverage) industry
