Claims Finance Executive (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve key performance indicators related to claims processing and other activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Update monthly claims summaries, maintain trackers, and prepare monthly reports.
• Handle queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
• Identify and develop process improvement plans as needed.
• Participate in new processes and developments within the organization.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as requested by management.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• The ability to work independently with a flexible and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of experience in claims or Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in shared services is an advantage.
