The Business Intelligence team in Shopee is the custodian of data and connects Shopee's business development, marketing, and operations teams. We support various departments on performance reporting, dashboarding and in-depth analyses to provide key business insights.

Descriptions

• Support the Business Intelligence (BI) team by executing all administrative and operational duties, including but not limited to managing Shocking Sale submissions, Quality Control (QC), price check, price locking, and any other relevant stakeholder inquiries
• Support the Business Intelligence (BI) team with price check exercises to compare prices between items sold in Shopee and the same items sold on other e-commerce platforms to identify the lowest prices in the market
• Perform periodic Quality Control (QC) and product authenticity checks
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

• A diploma / Bachelor’s degree is required
• Detail-oriented, be able to point out mistakes and voice them out as well as ensure that all tasks are completed accurately with very minimal room for error
• Good time management is key
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
• Basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets knowledge is preferred
