Business Development Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance Shopee's offerings.
• Construct strategic business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Educate sellers on increasing their traction on Shopee.
• Negotiate deals and curate SKUs for campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze seller performance to boost transactions and revenue.
• Identify market gaps and manage pricing, product assortment, and stock availability.
• Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns like 9.9 and 11.11.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize seller visibility and credibility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1 to 3 years of work experience; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• A drive to exceed KPIs consistently.
